Guelph wedding photography when captured by the wedding photographers at StudioM2 is not your average wedding photography captured in Guelph. Sadie and Kenny are such an amazing couple during their engagement photography session and we were so honoured to be there to photograph their wedding when they tied the knot in Guelph. The day of their wedding began in Guelph at home as we photographed the bride to be getting ready for the day. All of the details were perfect and then we were off to the a family friend where the groom and his groomsmen were all getting in the mood for wedding. We were able to photograph some photographs of the groom that we loved before heading to Rockwood Conservation Area for the ceremony. As they always seem to do, the wedding flew by but not before our Guelph wedding photography studio was able to capture some breath taking images of the two.
Tell us how you first met? Who what when where why? Give us the dirty details.
Kenny and Sadie met in Mrs. Watson’s Grade One class at Rockwood Centennial. Sadie had a crush on Kenny right away and invited Kenny to her 6th, 7th, and 8th birthday parties.
When did you know he/she was the one? Was there something he/she did? etc.
Sadie knew Kenny was the one when he took back a pair of scissors that had been taken from her by another student in their grade three class. Kenny knew Sadie was the one when he saw her at their prom in her backless dress that her friend Maegan had made for her.
Tell us about the proposal. (Did you see it coming, how long was it in the planning? How did you feel? Were you nervous, exited, freaked out?
We had been talking about marriage for a couple years before Kenny proposed. They went on a weekend trip to Niagara Falls for their four-year anniversary. Kenny wouldn’t wait to ask Sadie, so he asked right away in their hotel room the night they arrived. Although Sadie had considered that it might be good timing for a proposal, she had no idea that Kenny was actually going to ask her to marry him. Sadie was very pleasantly surprised, and they had a wonderful weekend together.
Tell us the one thing you love most about each other.
They both love being around each other and being able to be silly and free together.
If you feel comfortable, share with us something silly or quirky the other person does.
Kenny is amused by Sadie’s fear of spiders, and Sadie thinks Kenny’s hatred of ketchup bottle farts is hilarious.
Besides getting married – What’s one thing you are looking forward to on your wedding day?
What inspired your decore or theme?
Kenny and Sadie lived on a farm property together with Kenny’s cousin Dan, and their friend Gabe. Originally, they wanted to get married on their farm in the beautiful barns, but in the end it was decided that it would not be feasible to fix up the property to host a wedding. So instead they decided to bring the rustic country look to the indoors.
