Cambridge Mill was the obvious choice for Karen and Adam’s November wedding. Cambridge Mill is known for its’ welcoming ambience, fabulous food, and impeccable service in a historic riverside setting. It was the perfect backdrop for the lovely couple to say their “I do’s”! Karen and Adam are two of the most genuine people I know and when they asked to be their wedding photographer for their big day, I couldn’t have been more excited. They both have been lifelong friends so it was a decision between having me as a guest or the photographer. As their wedding photographer, I not only, was privileged to capture lifelong memories of this monumental moment in their lives but I also get to experience the entire day with bride and groom. It was my pleasure and honour to have been able to experience their wedding day alongside them and I will have that memory for a lifetime as well.
I photographed Karen and Adam’s engagement shoot back in January at Riverside Park in Guelph, Ontario by the bench that was named after Adam’s late mother. It was a brutally cold day but the couple were troopers through it all. I knew during the shoot, that we were going to capture beautiful wedding images as the couple is so comfortable and natural with each other. It really shines through in the photos.
The wedding party was a complete riot to work with and definitely kept me on my toes all day. It was another cold, wet day but the entire wedding party were all smiles, all day and it was an amazing day from start to finish. I wish Adam and Karen all the happiness in the world on this next chapter on their lives.
